Black and Decker Model 60 drill stand

I recently got a Black and Decker Model 60 bench drill stand type A. Can anyone tell me about what year these were made? It is in good shape, rusty, but I sprayed it with PB blaster to loosen it up. I found some pics on google. Just wondering if mine is complete? I have an old 1/2" drive Black and Decker Junior drill that I am wondering would be a mate to the drill stand? From the google pics it looks like the drill is clamped in the stand by the chuck? Is that correct? I think my drill stand is missing part of the clamp part, not sure though. I appreciate any help. Thank you.

The chuck would be a exciting place to clamp it. IT is clamped on a cylindrical spot just back of the chuck where a clamp on rotatable second handle is mounted. B&D and Skill Had that flat cylinder area. Jim

You certainly have a way with words! FWIW I believe that the only legitimate use for these stands is as a target. Alongside the slotted table with the clamps for a skill saw. You may say you can't afford the real thing, a drill press or table saw, but how many fingers can you afford to lose?
