Pathetic is all I can say. That has apparently been a nice newer lathe that someone could use. But, it is theirs so they can do as they wish.

It is sickening how many perfectly good, irreplaceable, American made, manual machines have gone to scrap as companies upgrade to CNC.

Just costs too much, too much hassle to find homes for them. Easier to call the scrap yard.

Most folks have no use for one, more have no space, most lathes like that are 3 phase, and finally, most folks can't afford one. Not much market...
