A.C.Anderson sickle bar mower

I am looking for information on an A.C.Anderson sickle bar mower, model G1-24. This sickle bar was used on the Oliver Super 550 Tractor, it was used by highway depts. for mowing/brush clearing. It was used from the late 1960's - early 1970's. I am trying to find any information about this make of sickle bar, from anyone who may have used or serviced them, or if someone may have photos or diagrams showing how it was mounted to the tractor. Any information would be helpful.[/img]

Right off the top of my head,I'd say contact Landis Zimmerman at Zimmerman Oliver Cletrac in Ephrata Pa. Cletrac and A.C. Anderson had a close working relationship and Landis is the go to guy for them.

Have you found any further info on the A.C.Anderson mower? I bought an old Oliver back in the early summer with a side mount mower. I only found out today that it is an Anderson mower. It seems to be a model 420. the brass tag has been damaged so is difficult to decipher. I do have a few pictures of it if you are interested.
