Black and Decker super service valve grinding machine

I joined this forum after web searching the machine in the subject line. Here is hoping there is a user here that can help me.
I have one of these B&D valve grinding machines.
I have always wanted to get the coolant pump to work. Yesterday I pulled it apart and as I expected no impeller.
I purchased a, so called manual from Beam. It was no help.
Not even a picture of the motor or the impeller.
If you have one of these machines and know what the impeller looks liie could you let me know.
By the way don't disturb the wireing if it's working. I disassembled mine now I must completely re wire it. The rubber insulation has failed. I suppose I should be grateful that to didn't short out and burn the shop down.
I know of a electric motor service near me that I hope will redo the cords. I could do it myself but I trust this guy to do it right.
John Julian and son located in Renton, WA. He has been in business for many many years. I will stop by on my way home from work Monday to drop off both the valve head motor and the grinder head motor.
Thanks in advance.

While you are looking for the Impeller, Little Giant makes several Machine coolant compatible pumps that work well. Use a cloth filter to keep abrasives somewhat under control to prolong its life. It might be a while. Jim

Have you looked into purchasing new stones..?

Stones for my old Snap On / Blue Point are not available any more...

I got several of the seat grinding stones from Goodson. That was several years ago.

Thanks for the replies. Stones are not a problem.
The impeller, if I can see one I can Fab it up, I'm sure.
I think it is an X shaped extrusion. It appears that way to me anyway.
I believe I will be able to find the seal as well. I only need to pull it and run it down to Bearings INC.
Regarding the stones being obsolete. You may be able to create a spacer to adapt stones that are available. I would also suggest calling Goodson. I know they have a great team there. I have had them fabricate special carbide pilots for my head porting business.
Thanks, Fred

I will take a look under mime. I have never used the pump because it sits a lot and don't want to deal with coolant bacteria. I just use a dropper borrowed from my tool grinder.

If you do be careful of the wiring. I decided to pull the motor to more easily access the end cover. Bad idea. When I did I heard fracking in the cord. Turned out the natural rubber insulation had deteriorated. I probably could have pulled the end cover without dropping the motor, but wasn't sure of the assembly inside. I would have been easy to pull the end cover with the motor still mounted. It would be great ifyou may be able to post a picture of the impeller. I'm sure it is simple we aren't pumping any head pressure. I mean like 6" is all.
An side note I moved my knee mill today. It was turned 90.degrees from nthe current position and was where the red mat is now. The valve grinder was on a bench where the mill is now. Have yet to place the cabinets and move the other stuff.
Later,
Fred

I'll take a look at mine. I had my Black & Decker valve-service set in storage for at least 40 years. I had been using Sioux equipment until I moved out of New York state two years ago. Yesterday, I was in the process of checking out my 1978 Toyota motorhome for a long trip in a few days. To my surprise, the engine had three intake bent valves. I was in kind of a panic. I called the local auto machine shop and they said it would be at least two weeks to get my four-cylinder head done. I then tried to order some new valves and nobody in town had them. So I pulled the head off a spare engine I had in my barn. Refaced the valves and then ground and narrowed the seats. I never realized before today how much nicer this Black & Decker set is as compared to my Sioux. Very well engineered. By the way, my coolant pump works as I recall, but I do not use it. I use a hand-held oil squirt can and it works fine.
