First day on job in the real world.

Ha-Ha... I hope her Male White Boss that intimidates her calls the cops to forcibly remove her from the
property and gets a restraining order to keep her away on her second day of work.

My Wife actually had to call in sick her first day at one job. Hey, it happens.

Another snowflake. Some seem to think they're owed a job for going to school, and if they happen to do a little work along the way, so much the better. Boy, do I sound old.

This was in fb a while back, she is in hr at
a large company and had to deal with this
type stuff. She is not the snow flake. Funny
tho.

Not my kid. He just graduated with an electrical engineering degree and got hired by our electric utility company as a project manager. Puts on his
boots and Carhartts in the morning (says you dress below the waist for the field and above the waist for the office) and goes to work with a smile on
his face. When he gets home from work he helps me with hay (small squares). He knows what hard work is and treats his job like the gem it is. Kids
make me proud every day.

There is really a big difference in these young kids depending where you are located. Family values differs a whole lot. Not talking about city life but the Midwest seems to still hold on to there values and work ethics. There is still a lot of hard working youngters out there. just getting hard to find them.

I had to Google snow flake. I thought
it was the white stuff that falls
around here every thirty years or so.

It's acting, and very good acting at that. Sometimes the best way to make a point is with parody and sarcasm.

It is supposed to be a joke by a distinctly unfunny Texan named Allie Stuckey. She is a self-described "conservative millenial" who works for The Blaze. (The Blaze is the network started by Glenn Beck after he was canned by Fox.) I doubt she could find Cambridge, Mass. on a map; she certainly has never attended class at Harvard.

You can find the video in its original context on her Twitter feed.

Just enough to be dangerous.

The Blaze was started in 2002. Glenn Beck left Fox in 2011.

Stuckey is a graduate of Furman University - where she gave the commencement speech at her own graduation - they actually have higher tuition rate than Harvard.

Mercury Radio was started in 2002. The Blaze was started in 2010. Beck left Fox in 2011.

I agree Allie Stuckey is not the talent Beck needs. He had Tomi Lahern and she was fantastic. But you can't insult your base and keep your job...

> The Blaze was started in 2002. Glenn Beck left Fox in 2011.

Whatever. I don't claim to be an expert on Glenn Beck or his fading career. I thought the current iteration of The Blaze came about when he lost his day job, but that's besides the point.

> Stuckey is a graduate of Furman University - where she gave the commencement speech at her own graduation - they actually have higher tuition rate than Harvard.

Maybe she got the inspiration for her sad video from her fellow Furman alumni. Those that have jobs, that is. Now if she had graduated from Harvard Business School, she'd have a real job, rather than trying to eke out a living blogging for a has-been entertainer.

Makes you wonder just how many films are produced in Hollywood and elsewhere with a hidden agenda. Real sneaky way to get your point across without your recipient realizing they have been brainwashed!
