This question's been best to death, but how much would a 17' plus beaver tail 12000# bumper pull deckover trailer cost new? I know there are many variables. Just trying to figure how much to stick into mine.

Thanks,
Glenn F.

I bought a 20 foot bumper hitch 14K trailer two years ago. $4000 with double jacks, extra tie down loops, beaver tail, slide in ramps and a winch plate. It is well built a Lamar brand.

Around here cheaper ones are $4500 or so. There are a few local brands that have been here a long time and have good reputations. They are around $6.

I bought my PJ 102" wide 24 foot low profile with dove tail with 3 spring assist ramps ,spare tire and mount, up the size of jack stand and paid $4,600.00 cash. Photo taken right after I got got home.

Trailers are always interesting. A used one at a an auction that's never been inside a day in its life will sell for $3500 while a similar brand new one will be $4200. I did however buy an imperial trailer straight from the factory, steel floor, 5 feet stationary, 17 feet tilts. Wayyyyy higher than $4k. But the first one I bought from them 17 years ago is finally ready to be semi retired after hard daily usage in summer and winter.

Thank you for each of your responses. I think I'll stick with my trailer.

D. Beatty, Very nice trailer. How much does it weigh?

Thanks,
Glenn F.

As it sets from factory $4,060 lbs.. Today with tool box and every thing inside it with winch and head rack it weighs 4,500 lbs.
