Someone mentioned hi-lift jacks the other day and there was some discussion about how unsafe they were. I believe it was a thread about someone who got crushed while working on a bush hog? Anyway, this newer First Responder model does have some definite merit for properly trained personnel, but I certainly cannot see this as being the primary go-to tool for rescue operations, much less for day-to-day use!
