Montgomery-Wards chainsaw

I have an old Montgomery-Wards chainsaw that I need a pulley for the
recoil start.
The saw was made by Remington chain saws. It's the same as the Mighty mite
but I don't know the model number of the Mighty Mite.
Montgomery-Wards model#TMC24006A, Serial#VG2518
Does anyone know where I can find parts or more info. I googled it and
couldn't find what I needed.
Thanks for any help.

A lot of those small saws used rope & pulley set ups made by the same maker. Not unique to that saw. That part off several different brands of saws will fit yours.

The saw in the link looks like one we had when I was younger. If you worked it hard, it'd boil the gas in the tank. That made it fun to use.

This might be of interest---
Do an eBay search for Montgomery-TMC24006A chainsaw
Check box under SEARCH button to search in title and description.

Remington was one of the first saws that John Deere sold. Deere might have a dealer somewhere with parts on the shelf.

John Deere part # is GJ66148

Pretty sure it's the same as the Remington Mighty Mite Bantam. Do a search on Ebay, you'll eventually find what you need. Parts machines on there now.
