Name for short blind screws and nuts?

I'm looking for those short brass screws that thread into a blind nut. Very shallow, flat heads on both screw and nut. The kind you often see on adjustable leather gun slings/straps. Darned if I can find them or think of what they're called. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Other names are sekks bolt (no joke--use the actual spelling when searching) and barrel nut or barrel bolt.

Often called book binding screws , I bought some once to use on the stirrup leathers of the rocking horse I made for my daughter . they work very well with leather straps

I got some recently from hobby lobby. They use them for scrap booking. I got some from a horse tack shop but they were spendy.

If you have a Tandy leather shop they used to have them, probably still do as they are used in leather work.
