this was in my toolbox. .A friend gave me the box,it was probably in the drawer when he gave it to me many years ago.My friend passed away many years ago and he gave me the box years before that.Tiny little drills, and one looks like a little router bit?The picture may not show it well, but this is real tiny stuff.

Some of the single straight flute tools look like the old drills/awls that came with some of the "Tool Kit in a Handle" or Yankee Screwdrivers back years ago. The Yankee tools had a different shaft shape though. It's also possible they are simple center drills. The "router bit" looking thing is, I believe, a counter sink. Was your friend by any chance in gunsmithing? I have a lot of tools that look just like that for counter sinking screw holes.

Ron,
GREAT story and pics. Thanks for the heads-up. :)

Of course, I would have to leave that old girl in crusty shape... but that's not their dream.

Neat box and the small bits are perfect for drilling through a fingernail when you smash it !

Yes, I've done that too, sterilize first and then you can gradually bore in and not punch through with a thud ! Seems you have room underneath and no feeling at that point, but what a predicament, that pulsing pain goes right away.

Best feeling when you let the pressure out ! Have one that's been growing back since October. Almost there. Cut it for the first time last week ! Lol.
