Occupancy sensor

I am trying to find an occupancy sensor with a time delay on. All that I can find, assumes that it is going to be for lighting and are time delay off.
This is for a HVAC system and needs to be time delay on, so the HVAC will not come on every time someone steps into the room just for a minute or two.

For years AC's have in a time delay built in. The fan may come on, but you can
adjust to delay the compressor up to 10 minutes. Most delays are set to 2-3
minutes.

You can buy the delay on ebay for around $10

You might check out the following link. - Back in the 1960's I used a lot of Potter Brumfield Time Delay Relays in both "Normally Open" and
"Normally Closed" configurations, and in both "Seconds" or "Minutes" adjustability. The TDRs that I used had Octal Pins on their base so you
needed to also purchase Octal Sockets.
