Well, I found something that works...

Got them clean, almost, probably 90%.

Had to break out the big guns! I did apply the hand lotion last night, think that did soften it up a little.

That got me to thinking, what really softens hands? Yep, broke out the Easy-Off oven cleaner! That started the process, another search under the sink found the SOS pads. Lots of scrubbing, hot as I could stand water, and got them back to normal grunge level!

Don't know if it would have worked for that expanding foam. But I've been using invisible glove, works nice when put on before getting into grease.

Next time get a box of nitrile gloves. And if you're ever working with fiberglass slather on cheap talcum powder on all your exposed skin. Washes right off, no itch.
