International 544 Hydro coming out of reverse

Hi,
I have a International 544 Hydro. All the hydrolics seem to work fine, but it comes out of reverse about 10 % of the time. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? It basically stops, I push the lever forward back to the neutral position and then pull back into the reverse position and it works fine.

My 544 utility did that, think it was some loose linkage that was the cause. Moving the lever left or right in the center also moves a valve, it may not be moving far enough for reverse, causing it to "drop out".

Next time it does it try pushing the speed ratio lever further to the left and see if it helps. The left right action of the SR lever shifts it forward
and reverse it may be as simple as the housing that guides the speed ratio lever may need adjusted to keep it out.
