Credit card protectors

I kinda hated to get rid of my NRA wallet that I had for years. I bought a leather card-protected wallet on Ebay a couple of months ago. I don't know how good it is until I get a notice that my info was snatched. Hope not!

My card rides in a sleeve and I took aluminum foil and folded it around it.

I know they make some sleeves that are supposed to be a block all by themselves.

I think I have seen a stainless wallet but it is kind of pricy.

I use one it is not metal, but is a Faraday Cage type.. I use it for credit cards and magnetic stripe ID system cards. Probably 10 people a day try to steel my info, but they don't. Just joking about the theft attempts because it is done without contact! so far so good. Jim

I have an electronic jammer card , looks like a credit card , just a little thicker than one . has a flat hearing aid type battery inside it I suppose .
Bought it for a trip to Europe , I chatted up the pleasant young lady at the local supermarket and along with her manager ; who was interested in the device we tested it at the scanner .
There was no way the store's card scanner would work when the jammer was within six inches of the card , tried it four or five times with the same result. Once the distance was extended to ten odd inches the scanner read the card every second or third time .
Well worth the money if you are worried about your card's security .

The wife picked up a pack of them. They are too thick so I cut one in two and put one on each outer side to protect them all.
