I am using ANSI 34 sized steppers, here is drawing for that end of bracket.

This is for CNC retrofit on mill.

Would appreciate a check of this if you can.

David: just one quick comment from a manufacturability standpoint--you might want to think about putting your datum on one of the holes--it might be easier to pick up, locate, and come back to. Just a thought, and depending on your equipment and ability (which I don't know--you may be fully capable of doing it from the center) it might make your life easier.

I have put bluing on parts, will probably tape drawing on, punch centers, then put needle in mill to locate, remove pin for tool and bore. I have no issue with smaller holes that are single bore, the big ones using the rotary vice are going to be fun.

I tend to lose count of turns when moving, no DRO on it.

It is also getting harder for me to see, so glad to have electronics and DRO going on it.

Make the center hole first, index from it (dro) and all is well, the dimensions just need to have GDT reference planes on the two center lines of the big hole. Jim
