OT CAR QUESTION

My wife has a 2008 Lincoln MKZ---Damaged the drive side mirror. Replaced-it is an electric with heat. After the car is shut off the mirror will change position.

How is that fixed???? thanks

Try switching the control to the other side mirror.

It probably has a memory for two different drivers like seats do Your manual should tell you or it should have a "1" and "2" selection for different drivers and it is probably reverting back to the other setting when you get out.

Does this vehicle have remotes with "memory" settings for mirror and seat position? It may just be a matter of re-saving the settings.

Thanks fellas for the ideas---It does have a memory for the seats etc. I bet that is it....
