fitbit charger 2

If you had asked me what is a fitbit charger 2 before Christmas, I wouldn't have had a clue what you were talking about.

My son thought I needed one. I told him he would have to set up for me.

Personally, I wouldn't buy one. I hate wearing a watch. I really don't care what my heart rate is, or how many steps I walked, how far I've walked, how many stairs I climb, how many calories I've burned. No big deal to me.

What is big deal my boy set up my watch to link to my smart phone, which links to my sister's, his phone and my granddaughters phone. My granddaughter saw that I've walked 9000 steps so far today and she has to catch up to grandpa. She also climbed stairs 4 times to stay ahead of her dad.

So big deal or not, the fitbit is a tool for my kids and grandkids to see grandpa is a retired action figure that has a problem sitting around in front of a TV.

Guy I work with kept looking at his wrist today. He never ever wears a watch. Finally I asked him and he has one too. His son got his for Christmas also. I never knew about them. He showed me everything it does. Pretty neat but I don't think I could have one. I stopped wearing watches a while back cause I kept breaking them

I bought my wife one last Christmas. She likes to keep track of her walking routine. I never did link it to the phone, didn't know you could...

But it didn't last long. Within about 3 to 6 months it started blanking out, had to reset it several times, then it died.

Son has my blue tooth on to link it to my phone. Not sure how he and granddaughter sees how far I walked. I figured out if you move your arm, it thinks you are walking. I walked 1200 steps while sitting on recliner and did 10K steps today. Granddaughter is 13 and very competitive. Don't think I'll tell anyone I cheated. Let them think I'm an action figure. What a joke a fitbit is.

I've gotta tell you,I've been heavy in to fitness again for going on a year now,but those things are just a baffling mystery to me. I was thinking this morning when I was doing chores,I don't know when I've felt better overall in my life, but it's a personal thing for me.
If somebody else was pushing me,trying to make me do this on their time or goals,I'd sit right down and quit. We talk about addicts not getting cleaned up until they want to,and getting healthy is the same thing. You have to want to and have the personal incentive within yourself to do it. If somebody else is impressed with the progress they can see, fine,it's flattering, but it's nobody else's business how or when I got there.

I received one for Christmas - my wife's way of keeping track of me. (As though I need more adult supervision). I set one 'goal' to 15,000 steps a day. When I can't reach that goal, I can sit in a rocking chair and move my right arm forward and back; the 'bit' thinks I'm walking and records the steps! I look the same but I feel more 'fit' now!

A guy I know works at a major defense contractor and they pay their employees a premium (up to $ 100/month) for "fitness" that is tracked by a Fitbit. They had to send out a memo about "ethics" because they found people sitting at their desks, waving their fitbits around.

My phone has something like that. My kids like to look how far I walk occasionally. One day it was really high. Apparently trucking around on a mini excavator makes it think you're walking. I never told them I wasn't walking the whole time! Oops.

I think I would like to get a bonus for fitness. Today, I removed fitbit from
wrist and moved it slowly in a vertical circle. It recorded steps. All I would
do is attach it to the rim on tractor, then get paid for having some tractor
therapy. Yesterday I walked 1200 steps while sitting recliner waving my arm. I
had to get over 10,000 steps. Hope my tax dollars going to defense contractor
isn't paying for a fitbit. What a JOKE.

These stupid things are gonna get like credit cards and credit store. Can't get a credit card because I don't have a good credit score because I don't have a credit card.
