No, but HF sells nice ones for a song. I bought their 12 Ton (hydraulic jack operated) and it does the job for me. Real easy to change heights.
Store is not that far so I didn't have to pay shipping and got the AG tax omission for farm use.

My buddy has one in his shop. It is handy to be able to spin the wheel to take up the slack, and then use the pump to press.

We have one like it at work. I avoid it if at all possible. Reaching over your head to pull the handle will get your arm and shoulder hurting in a hurry.

Another thing that I just remembered about it is adjusting the main beam height. Lifting one end to remove the second pin is all you want.
