16.5 trailer wheels

I am looking for a wheel for my 9 ton equipment trailer. It takes 9:50 x 16.5 tires. Do any of the older trucks take same wheel ? Thanks

The hole pattern must also match. Count the number of log bolts and measure the diameter of the center hole. These numbers are critical

If its an 8 bolt, probably a standard Chevy hub. I've got some somewhere here that I took off when I changed my trailer to 16". Too bad its way too far away.

Moonlite's right , The center hole is critical. Chev & GM use a center hole that's about a 1/4 inch smaller that Ford & Dodge . In that size wheel , you will have 8 lugs, the pattern is the same for all brands .

Lot of the 1970's/80's 3/4 ton trucks had 16.5" tires...My 1984 Jeep J20 had 16.5 wheels/tires still when I bought it a few years ago. Not much available as far as new tires..so it got some replacement 16" wheels and radials.

If the wheels are standard 8 bolt truck style wheels it shouldn't be hard to find a replacement 16.5" wheel.

If you live near central OK...come by and I will give you a wheel

(quoted from post at 19:51:01 11/18/16) You could check with RV tire shops, I believe RVs still have 16.5 tires.

Nah, 16.5's went out on RVs when they went out everywhere else.

Current van-based RVs have 17" LT rated tires on them. Anything bigger has 19.5 or 22.5 commercial truck tires.
