Any good ideas

There really isn't a way. Once it even gets close to dry you can't wash it out with a power washer. Depending on the color of the shirt and the dyes they use you can get most of it out by soaking the spot with lacquer thinner. Then use a toothbrush and some laundry detergent to finish the job. The best thing to do when you are painting is to keep a bucked of water around and a rag and immediately wash the spot when it happens.

Yea I forget that one. I paint professionally and hate to go to a customers house with an old shirt on. I have painters coveralls but never wear them because they are too hot.

I end up painting or priming on a job some days and will turn my shirt inside out if it is one I don't want to ruin.

Methylated Spirits [ denatured alcohol] soften latex paint , this works well if the paint is on a hard surface like spectacle frames . It might work for a small area on fabric if you carefully abrade it as well .

My wife, the expert stain remover at our house says you are so out of luck. I have two bins of t-shirts, good and shed. 😀 Paul

You need to work lacquer thinner into the stains to break up the latex. You will always have some traces of it for many wash cycles.

Mix up some TSP and water in a bucket and let it soak.
Might take a few days but it will dissolve it.

Given enough time it even brings dried out paint brushes back to life.

Other products advertised as paint brush cleaners also work.

Denatured alcohol is the only thing that I have ever seen professional painters use. It does work.

Windex will soften it up soak it for 10 or 15 minutes then scrub it with a stiff brush. It has to be the kind with amona in it

I'd second the TSP solution, next best might be a long soaking in water, that's slow but I've not found any latex that will stand up to water over time.
