I have a commercial(Overhead Door) garage door opener that is around 1970(maybe). It is all relays, no boards in this one. I need a wiring diagram to wire up the six wire opener switch, any ideas?

Typically, the the three pushbutton stations connect to the opener with only FOUR wires "open", "close", "stop" and "common", you sure yours needs 6?

What are the terminals at the opener labelled?

Basic wiring for the OHD products should be the same for MANY years.

I have same schematics in a file cabinet, but at a remote location, shoulo be able to find something on GOOGLE,

Here's the basic idea... (It gets more complicated if safety switches and/or brakes are involved.)

RedGreenGuy I found the date on the wiring diagram tonight,it was on a plastic bag inside the control box. 1975, and yes the 3 button switch has six wires to it. I believe with your diagram, and the one I found, I just might get this thing working the way it use to.
I took it and the old wooden door about ten years ago. I took the switch off with a hack saw and I have no idea if all the wires we being used on this opener or left over from the last one. The switch says "Crawford Door Co. Detroit 5, Mich." Thanks guys I appreciate the help.
