poulan pro 405 recoil grommet needed

have poulan pro 405. recoil rope is pullin thru 1/2 inch diameter hole. rope is 5 mm diam. oem used a grommet to tighten & is NLA.
anyone know where i can get or make an equivalent. dogs are close together w/ extremely tight tolerances.

i would assume that screw in grommet is similiar to that in photo
