I finally got around Th making a 3 point hitch for the tractors. The only thing that I had to buy was the hitch pins.

I did the same thing except added the lugs to use a skid steer bucket or forks

That will become a must have. Weld a couple of resevers on. You 'll be amazed at what can be done with it. I built a small one years back. Later I built the bigger one .I can remove the spiker and use it to move round bails and GN trailers.. I use the smaller one for pulling BP trailers and hay rake.also got a jib pole that fits either one .Good job.

I have a full range of ball sizes mounted on the ball mounts from my days of pulling fema trailers after Katrina for Horizon Transport. I pulled a variety of trailers for them, even hane one for pintle hook.
Looks like you are set for almost anything including goosenecks.

My version of the same thing , by lifting the trailer it makes unloading much easier .

Nice! I built one similar years ago, but I did,'t make the top link attachment high enough, so it doesn't stay quite level when it changes height. I
also think the 2 inch receiver is a good idea. I use mine when I skid trees/logs, allows me to lift them off the ground.

I remember having a cull cow in the barn, too muddy to use the pickup to back the trailer up to door. Told dad lets do this.
went to shop and whipped one together in about 30 minutes. It sure wasn't near as good looking as yours but it did the job.
Just made it to fit on the quick hitch so just used 1.25 shaft with no need for pin holes. Welded a ball on one side and made it
so you could flip it around for a pin hitch. Got the cow to the sale barn and still have it around to use.

Seems like great minds with good junk piles think alike. Here's my version. besides regular hitch use, can move our gooseneck trailer. the hitch unbolts from the drawbar and can go on our larger tractor with a longer drawbar. only thing bought was the ball hitch for $2 at a yard sale
