parts for Roush floor jack

I have a 7,000 lbs. capacity Roush Racing Floor Jack. The universal joint on the handle broke. Does any one know where I can get parts for it? Thanks

Unfortunately, these import jacks are not directly supported. Which is not to say that the part does not exist somewhere, but the time it takes to find it isn't justified. When the pins in the uni-joint on my neighbor's HF jack went, we quickly cut a short piece of 3/8 key stock and drilled a couple of perpendicular holes in the opposite ends, and used brass rod for new pins. Wasn't factory pretty but worked just fine.

The Roush Racing name on that jack is about as meaningful as it would be on a tee shirt or hat. The jack was not made, marketed, endorsed, or warrantied by Roush Racing. Someone just paid Roush Racing to put their name on the box.

In all likelihood it is a generic Chinese throwaway jack, and parts will be hard to come by.

You might be able to adapt a 1/4" or 3/8" universal joint to the connection where it is broken. I did that with a joint that was broken on a 2090 Case tractor with tilt steering.

Did the same thing with the "universal" on my snow blower chute adjuster. Used key stock and a couple of heavy duty cotter pins. Also you can use roll pins. Works great.
