Loader cylinder extended bracket?

Does anyone know what to call the bracket or tool that is installed on a loader cylinder when the loader is extended up max. I would like to
make one or buy.

If you mean the safety bar to keep it up, in the past I have cut pipe slightly larger than the rod in half and welded half round plate on one end and a saddle on the other.

Can be easily made with a piece of 3" angle iron, cut to length from the head of the barrel to the attachment point of the rod. Add a hose clamp around the angle iron and the rod as an added measure of safety

Easy to make, just make sure the stop doesn t hit the seal on the cylinder(don t ask how I know))

It is called a cylinder stop, usually painted red. It drops over the piston rod of the lift cylinder, locks in place, and will keep the loader frame from coming down on you. It is an OSHA approved device. A similar thing is also used on a dump truck's lift cylinder.
