Air hose real.

I decided to move mine to the center of barn. Hose is only 25 ft. Now it's long enough to air up any tire in the barn without attaching another hose.

I used a larger than normal air hose to feed mine. My tank is big enough and I'm only airing up tires most of the time.

I had to bleed the air out of the compressor to relocate it. I was surprised at how much moisture came out of the hose. Drained the water from tank and filter too. People worry about slime causing rust, what about all the moisture inside the compressor?

I have a ball valve at the bottom of my 80 gal. tank, It's plumbed outside, and I open it with my foot at least twice a week. amazing how much water comes out each time....Just my .02 cents worth Jim in N.M.

Those come in handy and I have another reel with another 50 foot of hose that I can hook to mine if I need to work outside of building.

I have one in my little shop, and it reaches most everything, as well as outside too. My compressor is in an old milkhouse next to my shop. It's unheated, and the line runs outside two feet between the buildings. When I first hooked it up and cold weather set in, the line froze up. I didn't know what to do. Just had a wild thought to hook up a drip tube, or whatever it's called, like on a gas line. So I've got a ball valve right at the tank outlet, then a tee, with a short piece of pipe and another ball valve pointed down, and the air line going up, and over to the shop. Every time I leave the shop I turn off the compressor, turn off the air line, and open the "drain" ball valve on the drop tube. Sometimes you can see the moisture coming out. Anyhow- believe it or not, that ended any issues with the air line freezing up!

i did that but only use hand reels with 100ft hoses run up threw rafters on 3 pulleys. hose hangs down from them works real slick, keeps hoses off floor and always tangle free, have two eighty gal tanks tee together. also use hose out bottom of tanks as air lines also. do not know how to do pic thing rick, compressor and tanks set in enclosed stairwell, keeps quite that way also.

Larry, I think so, it was a gift form my daughter. Same with the wind up electric hanging a few rafters over. Nicer than my hand wind up models which I have in other shop, 50 feet of hose. The auto winds have only 25 ft of hose, so I decided center it. I have another air supply at corner next to door and two hoses 25 and 50 foot ones if I want to go outside.
