Another gas can fix. I know it wouldn't last forever, the original didn't. Does anyone have a better idea ? I cut the top out of a 2 liter bottle.

I think that Seal all is a sort of temp fix I have pulled it and reapplied it on leaking tanks for years , It takes several months to seep through the Seal-All and need a new application. Seal All is the only thing I know for leaks. It will also store better in a jar with a little piece of rag soaked in lacquer thinner ,which keeps it from drying out inside the tube. Gas leaks are tough maybe you will get some good info here.
 
Those aren't really worth bringing home though unless your pretty gentle with handling the jug.
 
I probably have about a dozen of those and they are all I use. And only in the one or two gallon size. Got rid of my 5 gallon cans years ago.
