Worthless tool

Please tell me what makes this tool so special? I've yet to find a good use for it

It's just one more of those "Better Mouse Traps". A new gadget that someone thinks you can't live without. It does look like it could have some uses, most likely as a pair. I will stick with my own homemade saw horses and C-clamps. If I get the saw a little too deep and cut the horse, oh well I'll just make a new one.

My FIL got me one for my birthday several years ago. I had the same thought, what am i going to use this for?? But I i have found many uses for it. It is real handy, you can be holding something with your hands and clamp it with your foot. I have used it many times to hold awkward parts as i was wire brushing them and prepping for paint. Your can take the movable jaw off and turn it around and clamp a door or plywood in it. I really like mine, really handy.

I have one of those. Its one of my favorite tools. It will hold on to almost anything. You use your foot to close the vice, so both hands are free to hold the piece you are clamping. Why don't you like yours?

So far haven't found a use for it. I'm a tool guy. Haven't found a good use. Please show me something neat. IT was a gift. I would have never bought it.

Have you ever tried to clamp something in a vice, but you need both hands to hold it in the right position, and there's nobody else around to tighten the vice? It will also hold things that are slightly odd shaped. Its portable and its stable. I just like mine and I use it a lot. It doesn't really matter to me if anybody else likes them or not. I'm not trying to sell them.

My vice is used for holding and bending metal. Clamping wood I use c clamps, pipe vices, one hand bar clamps. Lay things out on old ping pong table. Need multiple clamps when I do wood projects. Can't see a good use and have this tool for 6 years. Wish I could get rid of it. Bpia to move around in shop.

If that's like they say a vise that you operate with your feet I need one. Right now 1 arm in a sling I had to use the vise the other day rather interesting with one arm.

It's hanging around someplace. Just can't see what to do with it that I can't do another way. This thing is a good door stop or something I have to move out of the way. I had to open the lets to post pic. I Really can't see why some think it's so great. Good dust collector.

Wish some would post pics of how they use it. geo.

Gift and if I were to sell it, it would hurt the person's feelings that gave it to me. Put it in the corner with other tools I haven't used in a very long time.

I'm convinced that nothing will convince you. You've already made up your mind about it, so find a corner where it's out of the way and quit worrying about it.

As I recall, the %$#@ thing folds up. Hang it from the rafters so you don't have to trip over it any more.

I've used my jaw horse for many things. The most I use it for is cutting miters on the job site. It's portable, and sets about anywhere.
