Un-know tool I don't remember were I picked it up. I have pulled it out a few times to modify it for another application I just could not bring myself to hack it up... Anyone know what it was for. My best guess was a pin remover of some sort.

"Spring shackle bushing removal tool" from the 30's - 40's era.

Hello Hobo,NC,

Older style pivot bushing tool for air brakes. Bushing was on the brake plate. Pin would go through the shoes and snap rings to finish the install. Dedicated size, no adapters needed,
