O/T 78 Chevy C60 brake help needed

I pulled to right rear hub off a truck I bought recently due to brake fluid leaking. Gravel had gotten inside the hub and destroyed the shoes and basically wrecked havoc. I am putting it back together and on the forked plunger rods coming out of the wheel cylinders (one upper and one lower) that push the shoes out, I have 2 short ones and 2 long ones. I need to know which location each goes in. I did not notice a difference when taking it apart. Thanks

You should be able to do trail fit ups then look at shoes and backing plate to see if clearance is same all the way around.
