My mule won't start. Everything is dead. Disconnect batter leads and hook up to another battery no help. No lights anywhere. Neutral switch ok.
30A fuse ok. if I jump across starter posts starter motor runs but not connecting to the flywheel. Don't know if starter relys on a yoke or a
bendix. Only one relay that I can find. Replaced it just because....No help. Any help anybody? I noticed a quido3 on a kawasaki forum, is that
you Quido?
BTW this is a 2006 4X4 610 Thanks for help

if you have no power anywhere, get test lamp and start following wires from the battery. some where there is a break in the power supply to the machine. eith a fuse, circuit breaker, broken wire or corroded connecter.

My Dad had his BIL shoot his old mules when they wouldn't go anymore. I barely remember the brown one. Old Pete was white and stayed around 2-3 years longer; I was in school the day he was shot and skinned for the hide.

Sounds like you may have two issues. One with starter and the other with no power to the switch. I say that because you said no lights. Get a voltmeter, ground the one side and start tracing the electrical path to the ignition switch. Just going to be simple electrical trouble shooting starting at the + of the battery and find out why it's not getting to the switch.

My 4010 mule has many fuses. Good luck finding the problem and what caused it. Post back and tell us.

By any chance did you remove the battery and charge it? Usually when a starter on a small engine runs but won't turn the engine, the battery is hooked up backward and the starter is turning backward. If that is the case, some of your relays may be confused and not know what to do also.

My first thought was somebody messing around and did something that caused the problem as well. Test light with a longer lead back to the negative post and start checking. My neighbor has a Kawi quad and there isn't much wiring to diagnose....
