looking for information on a Ringo 3000 ( shandong tractor works model TS-304a) hydraulics. The tractor i have is sluggish to say the least but has lifting power. I have manuals but they do not list the type of hydraulic fluid to use or the capacity. I am thinking we need to do a fluid change as starters.
