Black Chrome Tools

Yes, but hat's the difference? On a typical chrome socket it's darned near impossible to read the "size", and I don't think it's any better (or worse) on the "black chromed" ones.

Might be harder to read sizes, but definitely harder to see if you dropped it in a small dark space. I prefer shiny and bright colored tools because of that.

I have a set of black wrenches from snap-on, they were so hard to find that I painted them yellow. After that they were just fine. When I painted them I rubbed the paint off near the size so the size was still yellow on the black background and that has worked well.

At age 69 i try to think young, act young, work young, look young, dress young. So far i have managed to tire myself out thinking, almost didn't make it up out of the chair, threw out my back, back combed the hair and got tangled up in my suspenders. Not being able to see seems insignificant.
