I was at a yard sale today , picked up a 3/4drive Ingersoll Rand impact gun,plus a set of I/R deep sockets 1in to 11/2 inch for $100.

Did I do OK Impack wrench works OK.

Not bad . When you run air to it make sure you run a direct line at a 1/2" with the big ends. If you don't a 3/8" ratchet will have more power. The sockets are worth more than you payed .

Get some good air tool oil and run through it from time to time and it should last a long time. You did pretty dang good on that buy.

You did great. Running a 1/2 or 3/4 air line will make it work better.
At the tire shop we had a 10hp compressor, 3/4 inch line, and when we got really busy, we plugged the 10hp service truck compressor in line. They love air.(we had a 1 inch IR gun)

Id say.. I bought a dewalt 1/2 electric few years back for $40.00. Learned real fast not to use on regular sockets..
