Bobcat Quick Attach

I have a Bobcat 943, which apparently has a taller quick tach plate than others, Just wondering if anyone has ever modified their Skidder to use the universal size plate, and if so, how did you do it? I need to buy another bucket, it came with the grapple bucket which is great, but not made for digging. I also want to be able to use other attachments, just want to make it easier to swap and possibly rent universal attachments? Looking for ideas......

I would just but a pin on quick tach plate and put it on your skid steer the if the grapple is the only thing you have to modify you can buy tool plates of female plates and just weld it on the grapple. I'm pretty sure I've seen some in northern tool magazine. Just what I would do so everything works
