Exide battery charger

I have a wheeled Exide 6-12-24V battery charger from the 80's. All the writing on the settings by the dials are gone and the amp gauge is broken. Model # also gone. Does anyone have a manual on this or have one and could send photo so I can mark it. If I remember correct, although it had Exide on it it was made by someone else. So if anyone has one that looks like this a photo of it would probably work

Trying again anyone have a gharger like this one. Especially would like to know the charging rates like was on the right knob. The knob pointer to 6,12 or 24v and it has and charge rate-low med or high. If I can't find that and I put a volt meter on it what volts should each of the different volt batteries be charged at for low,med.,and high
