I am looking fro some custom Western Red Cedar shingles about 200 pcs. Does anyone know of a source.

If I can find a sawmill that will cut me blocks and will ship them to me I can get them sawed at the tractor show. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a Western Red Cedar Association who's members are growers, forestors, buyers and processors, call them for refferal.

What are you using them for?
We picked up a few bundles at Lowes to do some indoor roofing projects at the SC state ag museum.

They will be used to refurbish a steeple on a church. They need to be 5"x 17" and 5/8 in thick at the butt end

I could get you 200 pieces of erc, 12 inch dia, 18 inches long. Just as good as WRC except does not split the same. Assuming you will be resawing at a mill?

I'm on the left coast, you can just call up a roofing supply company and they'll have them in stock or can get them in a couple of days. I'd call one of your local roofing stores and see what they can do.

Any lumber yard or roofing supply company should have them in stock or be able to get them for you within a week.
