Hello,
I came in from the garage and the table was set. Only thing missing was the pork cutlets. While I waited for them to come to the table I took this picture.
Escarole is the green stuff, lightly cook in olive oil. Baked potatoes with onions, celery, thin asparagus, garlic, and butter nut squash. Baked apples, mine was Fuji. A little vino to wash it all down! They way my better half cooks, I should be at least 100 kilos.......................But I'm Not!
