I am looking for a cylinder liner puller for a MF235 with Perkins 152 engine. anyone have any suggestions? would greatly appreciate any help

I have nothing specific to that engine to offer, but a friend with a lathe or a local machine shop can likely make you up a "puck" reasonable .

Perkins dry liners are a tight fit. The home made puck as bob mentioned is no problem But you might 2 ten ton hydraulic jacks with a heavy bar to attach to the forcing screw to get the liner to move. If just doing one engine see if you can rent one and then how are you going to push the new one in?

Thank you. I'm not sure if there is anywhere around here that rents those I will ck arround.
Thanks again

If the liners are thin and you don't plan ao saving them, I've been told that you can peel them out with a dull screw driver.

an old timer showed me how to remove sleeves years ago and it still works today -- use a stick welder and draw up the side of the sleeve 3 to
4 beads of weld -- dont burn thru- just move olong say at 90 amps -- this will shrink the sleeve -- now when cooled they come right out a
lot easier -- good luck -- Roy -- PS -- take the pistons out first --LOL
