The original subject was "HARBOR FREIGHT BANDSAW PARTS".

I had to do quite a bit of looking to find replacement tires for my HF VS portable band saw. I found replacements, and wanted to get the info out in case somebody else needs replacement tires. I found that the tires for the Makita band saw looked very much like HF, so I got a set and they fit and worked just fine. The part number is 421333-4 Makita TP Rubber Tire 2107. I got mine from Tool Parts Direct .com.
 
If you looks closely, there are a lot of things made with the same parts now. They may change the labels or add some cosmetic things to the exterior, but inside they use the same parts - even though you may pay more for a brand name.
