OT i have campbell hausfeld pressure washer that is about 15 years old and has less than 20 hours on it. it sat for about 6 or7 years without use . now it won't build pressure .i pulled the head off and the valves look fine . i think it maybe the piston u cup seals . my problem is parts are not availiable for it . i am hoping to find the seals by size .the washer is a pw205015le and it has a pm026100aj pump. the pistons are 14mm and the hole for the seals is 22mm .would appreciate any help . hate to junk it . the motor runs like new .

Try to take the unloader apart, clean it up and get it moving. Most likely the cups are ok, even if they leak a little it should still make pressure.

Trapped air will do the same thing. I like to bleed the system before starting it. Leave the supply hose loose at the pump until there is solid flow of water, and take the wand off the hose, or hold the valve open until there is no air coming out, then start it up. That will save the cups from running dry.

If it has a soap siphon on it, that may be caked up too. Sometimes they don't tell you in the manual, but if you don't flush the soap out with water, it will gum them up!
