There is a M-15X in the shop that complaint is that it acts likes it runs out of fuel. What should transfer pump pressure be? Since it is a Bosch look a like will 18-20 PSI be about right? Also running the tractor on a separate tank and then running the return in another tank, the return fuel is over 110 degrees in a short time? Is that too much? Thanks for any help. J.

Some Nebraska tractor tests had return fuel temps, all were much higher than 110. Inline fuel pressure can range from 5 to 25 PSI depending on the piston spring used, higher pressure will heat fuel faster. Is there a place to tee in a pressure gauge and leave it on while tractor is in use, to see if the pressure falls off when the power goes down too? That would mean flow is less, may be simple as the tank vent. Neighbor's White 155 did it this spring after 1/2hours use and would die. When the cap was removed there was a rush of air as the vent was plugged, new cap fixed it.
