I'm looking for a 13X28 cover/door for the cutler hammer ch30jm200. Any chance I get lucky here? Anyone have one laying around or possible could make one for me?

Been looking everywhere, so far no luck. I know someone has what I'm looking for just a matter of getting lucky and reaching the right person..

It's not looking good, but do have some questions. This is more of a visual search than by part number.

We're assuming this is a 200a, 30 space panel?
Is this single phase or 3 phase?
Does it have a separate main breaker?
Indoor or outdoor rain tight?

Thinks he has some outdoor rain tight, but would be completely different than an indoor. No indoor.
My email is open.

Long story, but it might help you find a cover.
Maybe 40 years ago I was adding a dryer for a friend. I looked at the cover to see what make panel to get a breaker for it. the cover said Square D XO. So I got the breaker, even then an XO breaker was hard to come by, but I was lucky and found one without a problem.

When I opened the panel and tried to put the new breaker in it would not fit. The panel was a different make.

What I found out was some houses had been moved out of town and this house and the one next to it had been moved at the same time and were set at the new location side by side.
And apparently the panel covers got switched and they fit even though they were different makes.

I don't remember what make the second panel was, could have been GE.

So don't just look for a cover for your make of panel, but eye ball all covers.

Also I do sheet metal work and small chance I could make one, but I would need very detailed information and drawings.

I hope you find a cover.

It is a 220a 30 space panel. I don't know what single phase or 3 phase means, my apologies.. It does have a separate main. Its a indoor panel.. I don't know how to post pictures here but if you give me your email address I can email them..

Thanks Dusty, unfortunately I'm missing the cover and door..

To send email, just click on the "send mail" icon on the lower right.

But, he told me he only has some outdoor panels, no indoor.

A 3 phase panel is commonly found in commercial applications. Instead of a double pole main, a 3 phase will
have a 3 pole main and 3 buss bars feeding the breakers. The opening for the main would be wider.

Sorry, looks like another dead end.

Steve@Advance I just sent you an email.

I have been searching google weekly for a panel and finally came across this posting. I too am looking for a cover for my CH30JM200 panel, but mine is an outdoor panel.

I was able to buy a new panel and cut it to the same fit.. So it turned into a $160 part but still much better than replacing the entire panel. It did pass home inspection..
