does any one have any idea what kind of Webster compressor I have/it s a big two stage inline with a big cast iron cooler between the cyl. I don1t have model number but have serial no.600259.

It's a Model 60. The first two numbers in the serial# are the model number for a Webster.

Any idea what kind of CFM I might be getting , Also the HP rating.

Dang, I used to have the manual for that. I believe it is a 2-3hp pump. You would be looking at 8-10cfm or thereabout.
If I had the bore and stroke of the LP cylinder I could tell you for sure.
