Need help with identification

Good afternoon all. I'm new and had your wonderful forum recommended to me, by someone trying to help me identify the following items. They were in a big batch of tools and supplies that I received from a relative who passed. The outside of the box has Humdinger Ottumwa Iowa written on it, and the items inside are some sort of steel, 2 1/4" long, by 1/4" W x 1/4" H. I have no clue what these would be used for, have had no luck with Google search, and the most I've been able to find out from other boards is that Humdinger manufactured farm equipment. Thus, bringing me to your board to see if anyone might have an idea what these are. Any help you can provide, would be of the greatest assistance.

Although they do resemble drag harrow points, they are kinda short for that, Hard to tell the grade steel used here. but they resemble cutters used on a lathe, also. Keep us posted, I would like to know also.
