Went to work this morning and saw this load ready to get on the highway. I hear they had already came 10 miles down the back roads. Got home tonight and they had made it about 10 miles. They were coming out in the country close to my house. Coming down some one lane roads to a sub station. Ameren man in charge of substations told me they had one to fail and they were bringing in a replacement. 200 tons plus the mover. They set for an hour at this turn because they had forgot to call my REA to get them to take down their lines. They put down some steel plates where the road was not very good. Which I thought could have been every where. 10 axles and forgot to ask but probably 160 tires. Moves about 3 mph. State police escort even out here in the boonies. Tomorrow they will have less than 3 mi to go.
