I took that pannel out this morning and found the fan. I think it should spin free with the unit unpluged but cannot turn the fan. So looks like time to call repairman. Bought it about 5 years ago new. I can replace it with something close for $674. I have no idea where my wife would have stuck any paperwork for it or any of the other appliances so don't even know if the oven in stove is a self cleaning unit or not. Have no Idea if the extended warenty was bought or not. If was probably just out of date. After 2 1/2 months the attorney is starting to settle things. But looks like we will not have to go to probate as did not have enought assets to require that.

Go to www.partselect.com with your model number. This site will have what you need plus a video that will show how to replace it. Prices are good as well. Normally get part in two days or sooner.

Also check ereplacment parts.

A little lube may go a long way on that fan shaft. I paid about $15 for a replacement, then figured out all it really needed was lube.

My experience with lubing the fan motor shafts is it that it will buy you a few weeks. Just about enough time to order a new one. That fan is easy to replace. Had the first replacement on our fridge done by a repairman. Next time did it myself. The fan motors can be purchased online quite reasonably priced. Not that hard to replace.
