Load test gen?

I have this army 10kw generator and it has the 84ci air cooled engine that is running pretty good. Now it's time to load test the gen. I don't have the book on the gen side and was wondering what I could use for a load box without hauling something to the generator that needs 240v. It has the cables already attached.

After posting I thought of an old electric range???

Do they need submerged in water? My sil has an old water laying around that leaks and it still has the elements.

Electric water heater element must be submerged or they go poof real quick! Being military, before connecting to a motor, check frequency...it may be 400 Hz instead of 60 Hz. Resistive loads won't care.
