The control for my sprayer booms (electric/hydraulic) has a couple of bad switches. They are double pole (on) off (on) momentary with neutral in the middle. Six spade terminals. The toggles are about an inch long, maybe an inch and a quarter and round. I can find all kinds of DPDT momentary switches on the net but they have the normal length toggles. Anyone have any ideas on where I can find a couple of these switches with long toggles?
OK here are pics of the setup. Last night I was too tired to think about removing the switch from the rats nest of wires but this morning I'm a little more clear so I drew a diagram and took it out for a photo op.
The elect/hyd four spool hyd valve is fed by a single spool valve that reverses the flow into the four spool valve to reverse functions like boom swing in/out so any combination of two valves are operated at one time when the switch is moved. WHEW!
This switch setup is not factory. It replaces a three pedal foot operated valve that takes up room on the cab floor. The dealer who made this setup did a good job but he's no longer in business and inaccessible so I'm on my own.
Now I find out I might need the sprayer today! AARGH!
