Looks like this outfit doesn't have a website. I broke a 3/16s die from my brake line flaring tool . Im not going to order a new kit. I made one flare with the broken die but it had a stub that plugged into the line to keep it straight. That little piece previously broke off and I need only that piece from Old Forge . Google searches don't bring up much. Worst case I guess I could make a new die on the lathe [ Takes longer than you estimate]. It shows a company Old Forge in Pa. I might drill a through hole and place a peice of drill rod in the old broken die, braze. I just wanna flare some lines.Forget that piece broke awhile ago. When I bought it I thought Old Forge was a major US company.

About 10 years ago I broke one of the stud adapters to my Old Forge harmonic balancer installer set... I never could find out how to get a replacement so had to have one made...

Try NAPA. I have an 2 old forge sets and I think that's where they came from came from. One shows the part # for the 3/16" insert as 7203-1.

I would speculate the insert from any flaring kit would have to be close enough to the same to work though.

I would think the dies for any good brand would be the same. You can get a whole set from an OTC reseller for about $15.

GOOGLE "OTC 4503-3".

Hobo is right Spring Harbor Michigan. I made some flares with the broken piece and it s working okay. Thanks for the part # and other info gents !
